Who we are

Tharsis, a software studio in Peru. If you have any question about your data, write to us at tharsispe@gmail.com.

What we collect

Only what you type or pick in the form yourself: your name and your message and, if you choose them, the project type, approximate budget and timeline. When you send it over WhatsApp we also see your number and profile name. Nothing else.

We use no cookies, run no analytics or tracking tools, and build no profiles of anyone.

What we use it for

To reply to you, and to keep the conversation going if your project moves forward. That's it.

We don't sell or hand your data to anyone, and we won't put you on any mailing list unless you ask us to.

Where your message stays

We have no database and no CRM. Your message stays in our WhatsApp, like any other chat.

If you want it deleted, ask and we delete it.

What you can ask us for

To see what we have on you, correct it, delete it, or tell us to stop using it. Write to us in the same chat or at tharsispe@gmail.com and we'll sort it out within a few days.
